More about Josef

Josef enjoys rehabilitating patients to achieve a full functional level. He has a hands-on approach to treating clients, notable at the initial assessment to identify muscle spasm and joint stiffness. This also extends to treatment selection where a hands-on approach is employed along with the use of other modalities such as electrotherapy, patient specific exercise prescription, taping for muscle re-education and acupuncture. In his spare time Josef enjoys sport participation, namely cycling and going to the gym. Josef likes reading history and science-based books.
